Do you offer full service construction service?
Yes, Laundry Concepts is a licensed gerneral contractor and can build your laundry from the ground up.
Can I use my own contractors to provide bids?
Yes, we always welcome new contractors to be involved in our projects. We will ensure they understand the work required so it is completed properly and we produce the best possible product at the most competitive pricing.
How long does it take to build a new Laundromat
This varies based on a number of factors. Building out an existing rental space can take 3-4 months from permit issuance, whereas building from the ground up can take 6-12 months from permit issuance. The good news is that we are experts at both options will work hard to get you open as quickly as possible.

Do you have locations already for sale?
